Terms and Conditions (AGB)

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Order confirmation occurs immediately after submission.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated are final prices and include statutory value added tax. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery, which are displayed before the order is submitted.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery is carried out by our print-on-demand partner Printful. Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days within the EU. International shipments may take longer. We will inform you via email about the shipping status.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the checkout. Payment is collected at the time of the order.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal - Exclusion for Custom Products

Important note: Since our products are individually manufactured according to your wishes (print-on-demand / custom-made), there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB. The goods are only produced individually for you after your order and therefore cannot be returned.

§ 8 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For defects in the goods, please contact our customer service at post@weblabs-agentur.de.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

§ 10 AI-Generated Designs

The designs generated via our platform using AI are created to the best of our knowledge and belief. We do not guarantee the uniqueness or protectability of the generated designs. The customer is solely responsible for checking that the chosen design does not violate third-party rights.

§ 11 Final Provisions
